The HR200 humidity transmitter/meter is designed to operate in extremely high humidity and temperature environments. The humidity sensor is capable of measuring 0 % RH to 100 % RH(non-condensing) and operates within a temperature range of -40 °C to +190 °C.

The HR200 humidity transmitter offers relative humidity with NIST traceable calibration. It includes a sensor probe which connects to an electronics unit. The probe features an all steel construction coupled with a cable that allows temperatures up to 200°C. For pressure applications the probe is capable of handling 750PSI. The electronics unit has a two line LCD display and both a digital RS232 output and 4/20mA output. The 4-20mA output is scaled to equal 0-100 percent relative humidity.
HR200-M12 With Externally Accessible M12 Connection for RS232 or 4-20mA Output
The standard HR200 has an internal bi-directional RS232 port which is used for setting the temperature units and scaling the output. Although the process value can be read from the RS232 port it is not practical in a production environment since the connection to the RS232 port is internal and can only be accessed with the HR200 cover removed. The HR200-M12 is a version of the HD200 with an externally accessible M12 style connector which allows access to both the RS232 and 4-20mA signals. (Only one of the signals, either 4-20mA or RS232 can be accessed at a time) The RS232 output will not only provide the dew point temperature but humidity and temperature as well.
The HR200 is ideal for environmental chambers, clean rooms and high temperature applications. It works with inert gases such as Argon, Helium, Nitrogen and other noble gases. Air, Oxygen, Hydrogen, CO2, CO and ammonia (NH3) are additional gases the sensor performs well in. If you have any questions about your gas application , please contact IOThrifty.
