 The Hi Temp 140 is a submersible stainless steel datalogger designed to withstand high temperatures and harsh environments. The device can withstand temperatures from negative 40 to 284 degrees Fahrenheit, but the external probe is capable of monitoring temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
