The ThermoVault Oven Temperature Profiling System is designed for extreme temperature monitoring and data logging within industrial oven environments. This robust system consists of a TC101A-ST data logger encased in a thermal barrier, capable of enduring high temperatures while maintaining measurement precision.
Equipped with advanced features such as multiple start/stop functions, the ThermoVault ensures flexibility and ease of use. Its storage capacity allows for over one million readings per channel, providing comprehensive data coverage for extended periods. The real-time clock ensures all logs are accurately time-stamped, securing data integrity even when the battery is low.
Durability and Performance
The thermal enclosure enables the ThermoVault to withstand environments up to 350 °C (662 °F) for up to 30 minutes, making it ideal for oven profiling, powder coating, and food processing applications. The non-volatile solid-state memory ensures data is preserved, even if the battery depletes, offering reliability in demanding settings.
Advanced Software Integration
