Is this transmitter directly measuring the dew point? Or does it measure RH and Temp and then calculate the dew point temperature?

The CM10 measures dew point temperature directly; it does not use relative humidity to calculate the dew point temperature. The CM10 uses a chilled mirror design, which as the name implies, contains a mirror with a cooling circuit that cools the mirror until liquid(dew) is detected forming on the mirror surface. The temperature of dew formation is measured by a precision temperature sensor that provides the dew point temperature.
