Export Data Fail
RDP15 Paperless Recorder/Data Logger for Up to Four Thermocouples, RTDs or Process Signals with 5 Inch Display
I am attempting to export the temperature logs from the unit. Every time it states "Export Fail". I have tried multiple USBs and allow them to sit in the unit for over 10 minutes and it still fails to export. I have tried changing the file name "Hisdaa" as stated on page 10 of the manual and it still fails to export. I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

The USB drive needs to have the correct formatting. We provide a drive with the recorder that should work. Since this issue is specific to you application please contact us at service@iothrifty.com to for more details.
