The TL400 can be used to measure the liquid level in a black holding tank. The TL400 can measure fluid level, or fluid volume. It has a range of 4 meters which should be sufficient for most tanks. The output is 4-20mA which would require a compatible meter or indicator to read the measurement. You could also read the measurement via bluetooth from either an Android or IOS device. It has a power supply requirement of 9–33Vdc which is normally available in a boat or RV.
