The two most common types of non-invasive flow meters are transit time ultrasonic flow meters and doppler flow meters. Transit time flow meters are used for clean liquids with impurities less than 1% while doppler flow meters are not a good choice for clean liquids since they require particulates or bubbles in the fluid. Although it may change in the future, at the time of the writing of this answer IOThrifty only offer transit time flow meters. Those meters are our FMT-22, FMT-25 and UF500. If the sewage particulate content is less than 1%, they may be used but if you have a higher particulate content a doppler flow meter is a better option.
