The N20K48 can have its outputs set to heating or cooling but it can't do both at the same time. That is one input can't be set for heating while the other for cooling. If you need that feature the ATR244-12ABC shown on IOThrifty.com at the following url https://www.iothrifty.com/products/at... may be a better choice since it can be used in both a heating and cooling mode.
