The best thermocouple welder that we offer for fine gauge wire welding is the L60 Commercial Grade Fine . It can be used to weld 40 awg wires(~0.003 inches). It has an energy output of 0-60 joules but you can set the energy output to three different levels. The three levels are:
"LO" = 0 to 6 Joules "MED" = 0 to 28 Joules "HI" = 0 to 64 Joules
"LO" = 0 to 6 Joules "MED" = 0 to 28 Joules "HI" = 0 to 64 Joules
