API access
GS1 CO2 Data Logger with Wireless Communications and IoT Cloud Support
Is there API access? I would love to integrate this into home bridge, if possible, all on my local network.

There is API access. The GS1 data logger sends the data to the Cloud Platform and using the API you can read the latest data point. There may be a better way to integrate the data collection process but it would be best to discuss your application with IOthrifty to review the different options.
