The short answer is yes but here are some details.
The RDP19 can accept up to six thermocouple probes or three 3-wire RTDs. It sounds like the question is more about the probes than the recorder since the recorder would be mounted outside the retort. You would need a probe with 1/2 inch NPT fitting. We don't exactly offer that but we do offer thermocouples that have a 1/8 inch diameter probe in either six or twelve inch probe lengths. These probes come with a compression fitting with a 1/4" inch NPT male thread. You would need an a 1/4 inch female to 1/2 inch male NPT adapter fitting to mount the probe into your retort. Those fittings are pretty common and can be purchased at most hardware suppliers. Here is a link to the probes..

The probes are offered with either male connector or stripped leads termination. Since the RDP19 paperless recorder has xxxx terminal inputs you would use the probe with stripped leads termination.
