Is the N321 a good temperature controller for a have a beer boiler that is heated with a 220 volt 13.5 amp heating element? N32x Family of On/Off Temperature Controller for J,K,T Thermocouples, PT100 RTD and NTC Thermistors
The N320 family of controllers are a good choice for controlling the temperature of a beer boiler. Models are available for use with either a thermocouple sensor, PT100 RTD or thermistor temperature sensor. The controller also has a primary SPDT control relay that is rated 16A resistive/250 Vac which should be a good choice for your heating element.
